I'm not sure about after the game as a whole, but there was a stage around the 60/70 min mark when Messi had made the most tackles out of everybody on the pitch.

The quality forwards are all having a subpar tournament. Sabella's problem is Gago is still starting. He should try Enzo.

Great game from him today, much more like the old Messi. The only problem with him at times is that he can be a little too static through the middle. Him providing the overload on the wings worked time and time again as it brought his markers over to one side and opened play on the weak side and he was able to dribble and find some space to create a move.

Its a shame Argentina didn't bring better strikers and midfielders. Desperately lacking service and quality through the center with Higuain doing very little in front of Messi. Lavezzi was poor as well and someone like Ever Banega who could bring the ball out from deep with a darting run would really do them a lot of good right now. Sabella is missing the two key players he kept at home right now: Tevez and Banega.
