Oh it's a new season you say?!?!? Good, lets renew the personal attacks at Messi!!!!

The prosecution thinks Messi should be exonerated from accusation?!?!?! Well we can't have that can we, let's have the judge say he cannot be exonerated and drag him into court!

Casillas and Xabi Alonso had tax fraud cases and payed money to Hacienda as well you say?!?!?! Nah, lets not talk about that, in fact, forget about that altogether, lets focus on Messi and crush him instead.

In the end Messi has the trump card to make this all go away real simple. Just join Real Madrid.

It's easy to say what I'm going to say without any evidences but I'm pretty sure that Florentino Perez made his relations work to put Leo and his family in trouble.

I think this whole fraud thing is pure nonsense now, I doubt its even that serious now. It's just another way for the people who want to see Messi fail to express themselves.

That's not what I heard. I thought everything concerning himself was fine because he didn't do his own finances, the settlement as you call it was done with his money because this is about his money, but they can't prosecute him for the "criminal side" if he has nothing to do with it. I think they're still investigating his father/the company that takes care of his finances, not Messi.

Do they have jurors in Spain? Or is it going to be up to the judge to decide whether the defendant is guilty or not?

This has become a freakshow/witchhunt more than anything else. I think Messi has already won the PR battle, regardless of the outcome of this case.
