The prosecution thinks Messi should be exonerated from accusation?!?!?! Well we can't have that can we, let's have the judge say he cannot be exonerated and drag him into court!

Wasn't he found not guilty anyway? I think only his father and the people taking care of his finances are still being prosecuted.

They settled, which is not the same as not guilty. The financial side is done from the settlement the criminal side isn't.

I thought everything concerning himself was fine because he didn't do his own finances, the settlement as you call it was done with his money because this is about his money, but they can't prosecute him for the "criminal side" if he has nothing to do with it. I think they're still investigating his father/the company that takes care of his finances, not Messi.

This has become a freakshow/witchhunt more than anything else. I think Messi has already won the PR battle, regardless of the outcome of this case.
