but if you pay an accountant to do your finances that surly that makes the accountant responsible for any mistakes in the finances while a fine would be understandable to give to Messi jailing him for trusting his accountant would be stupid

Yeah, the distraction alone will be a blow for us because we want him to fully focus on the new season, not to mention if he has to go to court, it will bring up a slew of issues that might affect his training and possibly participating in certain games.
