I'm not sure if Germany played well or Brazil just played like shit. Germany struggled against Algeria and USA, played okay against France. 7-1 is more meltdown of Brazil than skill of Germany.

But Germany now has huge psycological advantage over Holland and Argentina. Sabella will have to calm the players, remove all drama and have them concentrate on the football. Scolari failed with Brazil bringing in psycologists and the obsession with Neymar. Too much overall pressure. Noone believed in them before this Match and the Brazilian team cracked

Well, if you look how arg has played, even despite winning, I don't see why you wouldn't predict them to go out early. Imo it's a miracle for them reaching thus far and I am sure holland will breeze past them.

Not so sure about holland to breeze past them, the Dutch's knockout rounds hasn't convinced me. Wouldn't be surprised if these two go to extra time.

They haven't played worse than Holland or Germany. Holland barely made it through to semifinals while Argentina were on cruise controle and played a very good match against Belgium that kept Belgium away through the entire match. Germany got 7-1 because Brazil cracked not because they were good. Germany could have lost against France, and struggled alot against USA and Algeria.

He has a very good chance at winning the world cup IMO. Germany haven't impressed me that much besides the Portugal and Brazil games. And Holland also struggled against Mexico and Costa Rica.

Even though I'm brazilian, not really feeling like watching the cup anymore and would pain me seeing Argentina win, Messi deserves to have a world cup victory in his history.
