What is Argentina's record in these qualifiers without Messi? Not good I think. They barely scored any goals without him.

With Messi - 21 Points - Played 10 - Won 6 - Drew 3 - Lost - 1

Without Messi - 7 Points - Played 8 - Won 1 - Drew 4 - Lost - 3

Messi - Played 10 - Goals 7
Di Maria - Played 17 - Goals 2
Pratto - Played 5 - Goals 2
Mercado - Played 9 - Goals 2
Biglia - Played 12 - Goals 1
Mori - Played 10 - Goals 1
Otamendi - Played 14 - Goals 1
Higuain - Played 9 - Goals 1
Lavezzi - Played 4 - Goals 1

LOL at Drogba. The title of the link he retweeted "Salah sends his country to the World Cup while Messi is doing key passes". WHAT DID I SAY? WHAT DID I DO?

Probably not, Messi doesn't have a propaganda machine in the media when Ballon D'or voting comes around like CR.

There will be no fan, coaches and captains votes for the Ballon d'Or this year so there is small hope that the award actually does go to the best player rather than the best player in the best team this time around. Other than the Champions League Play-Offs, where Ronaldo got extremely lucky against Bayern, and his goals against minnow teams for Portugal in the qualifiers Ronaldo was actually quite poor... That trend has continued since the new season started.

Well, to be fair, he didn't say anything about Messi but he probably thought the same that the guy he retweeted.

do you guys think if Argentina doesn't win next year WC, Messi would still continue with Argentina pushing for 2022 WC?

I don't know about 2022, but there is a Copa America in 2019 and another one in 2020 since CONMEBOL decided to change the trophy's cycle to make align with the Euros. I think he'll give at least these 3 tournaments a shot: WC 2018, CA 2019, and CA 2020.

I'm pretty much sure he will participate in the 2022 World Cup, wherever it is held. It will be his fifth World Cup at the age of 35.

About Drogba tweet
Just for the record, Drgoba probably knew what Salah meant to Egypt, facing us many times and eliminating us in 2006 from qualifiers, I doubt he meant a bad thing on Messi.
People need to get over social media obsession and following every like/retweet etc
