Said well in few words.

Field sense, ability to read opponents, read your teammates and opponents before they move, execute your mind/body faster than everyone else, accuracy is passes and shots, those in Messi are every much as unique and non-learnable as Mbappe's strait line pace. Talent is so much more than physique. Why CR7, Mbappe, Neymar--can never impact impact a football match like Messi. Or at least 1/50 that Mbappe will somehow sprout those talents and somehow be near on the level of Messi.

If talent was just physique Xavi would have been a relatively untalented professional footballer. In truth he is probably one of the 25 or so most talented footballers to ever been born. Messi is now doubt top 5, and you can argue between 1-4.

If he can bring psg as ucl champion then thats another story. Winning in ucl is harder than wc (ucl is full season duration not just momentary).
And what differs is of course, consistency and one thing for sure, the amount of ridiculous goals that follows.
