Better squad?! Don't think so, since they have a lot of mediocre players. Better managed? Sure, I'll give them that. Making the likes of Matip, Henderson or Milner perform like world beaters is no easy task.

Klopp is good at getting average joes to perform far better than what they are worth to be fair.
Other than Naby Keita and possibly Fabinho, their Midfield is basically nothing more than Workhorses that Klopp did a good job in giving them a useful role in being water carriers to their front three. There only elite CB they have is VVD and he's done a lot of the carrying in the Backline in terms of defending with Allisson being one of the best GK's in the world.
Liverpool is a team that has some brilliant players but also a team that is full of players that aren't the most talented yet Klopp does a good job in getting the most out of those said players.

but this isn't hype. messi is really that good to continue to carry this team nearly 100% of the time against any opposition.
because no matter what you do he keeps getting central and passing either out to left or out to right or just shoot him self from central.
even if teams got 4-5 players, he keeps the ball too close for anyone to stop him.

The bigger clubs are not pulling his shirt everytime he gets through past the first challenge. Madrid would just stop him from running, and they would get maybe 6 players doing this so they get a yellow each. They thought it was worthwhile doing this.
This is italian style defending. If Liverpool really want to stop Barcelona all they have ot do it keep Messi held and keep conceding fouls.

Ronaldo knew this when Messi did the 3-2 goal, he was screaming for Marcelo to chop him down.
Messi has 4-5 big moments in a game where he can decide the match through an assist or goal and if you hold him back in those 4-5 moments you end up like a Chelsea style result.
This was kill the semi-final as a game to watch. I just wonder if LIverpool will be dirty. IF so i just wish Barca players keep calling for the cards.

I havent watch enough liverpool's games to have a visual of what is going to happen next wednesday.
But EV is a type that looks to the core, though, the problem is he is a person who are not confident enough with the team. Hence the negative football displays once we have taken a lead. He should have more trust with the kids.
And i'm sure we could win it with our own style. Of course a little bit modification needed to counter the kop's style, but we should clinch the home game if we have the confidence.
