Can’t be blamed for the incompetence of the fucking moron that is Valverde. Rather he plays bad so Valverde can be sacked than keep bailing us out with individual brilliance to cover the massive cracks in this team until we are slaughtered and exposed big time in the CL again.

But Messi is back to his walking, no movement and sulking mode again.
Dembele can't make 1 decent pass.
Coutinho is also struggling.
Suarez, well, no need to comment.
Fullbacks without too much help etc.
Malcom, did he even play in the last 20 minutes?
Some will say: it is EV's fault that these players play bad.
Well, majority of our core players play bad for quite some time (Lucho and EV).
Maybe last season was one lucky season and this is actually a reality for these players?
I think that people are overrating our players a lot.

No they are unmotivated. Valverde strikes me as a coach who has a that'll do attitude. Somebody needs to kick them in the arse.

EV CANT MOTIVATE our team. Pique is just clowning around like hes in holiday mode and he'll be the 1st CB on the teamsheet this weekend. the guy is a limpwrist, Bilbao was his level

I don't remember where, but I have read one article lately, where an author said something like:
1. Messi's individual brilliance is still good enough against midtable teams
2. whenever he faces a stronger team who can defend well, he is quite easy to neutralize today.
And when he is neutralized by any stronger team, the rest of a team can't do anything since our whole team is built around passing the ball to Messi.
Our only options besides Messi are:
1. Dembele who struggles with basics of football (even though he can produce individual wonders from time to time, inspite of that)
2. Coutinho's long shots
So, when Messi is out of a game, all we can do is to rely on hot and cold raw kid Dembele who sucks against parked buses and Coutinho's longshots.
One more time, even if you remove EV from maths, this team needs an overhaul longterm.
With a lot of new guys and with a team built differently, not around Messi.
We will need 3-4 different players who can create wonders.
And 3-4 different scorers.

Well, I thought that our team was dead already in 2014.
Then Lucho gave them energy for 1 season, and after that we exhausted that short term energy/motivation boost and returned to shit in Lucho's 2nd and 3rd season.
I thought again that we were dead after that, but EV also gave us another short term motivational shot.
And we seem to be dead again.
So, imo:
1. either our team is dead for the last 4-5 years already with short term boosts which were able to mask our ageing and a lack of motivation
2. or, our team is fully motivated, young and ready to run and die on a field, and we just need a better coach
Again, EV has his flaws, but you guys (imo) are also overrating our players (and our motivation) a lot.
