Also the trick by Dinho posted above was way more insulting than this, because doing endless sombreros, while staying on the spot accomplishes nothing gameplay wise, no matter the score. It's just pure trololo at defenders, while if the rainbow flick succeeds, you can actually create more advanced position for yourself (yes, i know, there was another player forbackup, but still).

fuck atlhletic bilbao and fuck atleti madrid, if you can't deal with dribbles, stop playing/watching football. ronaldinho f***d everyone and noone wanted to fight, messi ended boateng's career and milner and i can go on and on. its so easy to pick on the skinny tanned foreigner in spain. Glad ney addressed it and said he wont change.

Pique has gone out and said that "maybe Neymar shouldn't have done it". It seems that regardless of what the public thinks, the Liga players have pretty clear views on what's appropriate and what's not. I hope Neymar learns from this. Yes, it's unfair and it takes away from the entertainment value, but so do brawls on the pitch. Nobody wants to see punches and cards. And if not doing such tricks is what it takes to avoid that, then that's what should be done.

I think there's already a perception that he dives and disrespects his opponents in La Liga.Maybe Enrique is just being honest and giving Neymar a heads up about it ?

The only place for that would be in the locker room. It's pathetic he feels the need to tell off a player in public who has just played a big part in a trophy. If anything he could at least been more diplomatic about it, saying something along the lines of it probably not being the right time for tricks like that, but still condemn the ridiculous overreacting from the Bilbao players. Because that's really the essence of it - the Bilbao players seriously overreacting. Lucho should have the brains to at least acknowledge that aspect of the case.

Lucho IMO isn't completely wrong. I think Barca players would react like that if lets say C. Ronaldo did it and score line was 3-1 in favor of Madrid. This place probably be in uproar if Ronaldo did that I think.

cr already does worse whenever he scores in the Camp Nou.

If Neymar was wearing white, I don't think we'd be seeing those reactions.

It's sad showing skills is bad seen in spain. I think someone from the capital already said Messi's nutmegs were disrspectful

translation from a native spanish speaker please ?

Its the same thing about reacting the same or worse if he was an Athletic player. The last thing we should do is suck the life out of Neymar's game and its disappointing to see Pique Lucho etc. saying he was also wrong, especially when they aren't doing it behind closed doors.

It wasn't really a telling off, just a reaction from Enrique who probably won't dwell on it.My primary concern (especially) tonight was that Bilbao could of injured him for the final next week.

I like Neymar, he's a wonderful player and it was a fantastic win.I'm don't want to slag him off or cause arguments when we are all celebrating. He just needs to be more streetwise I guess.

Great match and i love this guy!! Hahah... Why people are worried about when opponents are getting mad? Thats the fun of football... in Brazil Neymar always said "I play football because I have fun while doing it... when i wouldnt, i wouldnt play anymore."
And thats it!!! Football is about fun, about enterteinment.

I read some posts saying if Ronaldo did that agaisnt us... well, if our players reacted like this they would be the idiots.
