I don't think that Neymar should've been allowed to go to Brazil for his sister's birthday.
I think it's not fair asking Lucho when you know that he doesn't have any other option then saying "yes". I'm pretty sure, considering expectations and all the task ahead of us, that he wouldn't allow it.
And especially when you know how much you're getting from the club...and you're also expecting a raise...it's not fair, but if he manages to deliver great performance at the end...than it doesn't matter.
Not to Neymar, not this season.
This was a loose-loose situation for both Lucho and the club, only beneficiary = Neymar.

Why didn't Enrique say no last season, then? The same thing happened. I don't think he would've asked if there was a game midweek.
Really ? after he did arrange to go twice you think a game mid-week would have stopped him ? interesting
It's so funny how you guys keep on defending the undefendable here, Neymar did what he wanted no matter lucho, the club, the other players, for a second year in a row, this is a fact, and apparently a part of the package deal he is, and I'm not overly upset about it if he comes back in full form as I already said before, but your relentlessness in saying "all is good, all is love" is hilarious
Why wouldn't Lucho let the captains weigh in on this ? I actually think it's a good thing if it happened as they represent the players, and them too could feel a bit upset that they can't choose their own holidays like Neymar, just because his worry free little sister wants her birthday to be in Brazil.
And yes of course he wouldn't miss a UCL game, but he missed the Eibar one, but you're gonna tell me it was of the same caliber as Getafe at home of course
Anyway, all is good, all is love then
