Guys, you seriously think this wasn't pre planned with Lucho? God, just a week ago everyone here was saying to drop Neymar and rest him one week because his dip in form is obvious and he has played so many matches. He gets cleared of yellow, rests himself goes to his sister birthday and all of a sudden, sell him? Really? If this wasn't planned, and he literally went there on his own then he won't play next match and then we can start to think of selling him because then there is no guarantees that he will be able to carry this team for years to come in vein of Messi.

Planned or not, there never was a guarentee that he'll carry the team for years to come; to be frank the thought that Neymar does in fact carry a team at all seems foreign to me. Don't get me wrong, he's a great player and all that, among the top five in the world, but leading or carrying Barca takes a completely different kind of character. Also, in case Ney ever goes full Dinho, the top floor will pull the handbrake anyway - guarenteed.

He stepped up when we needed him the most, he and others kept us more than afloat, despite closely sharing the hero role with Suarez for last year, he stepped up big time.

He's though and ambitious, behind all that swag, he will step up and show the same focus and determination for the next key period, which obviously is this season final stretch for the treble.

I am sure he asked for permission every time and the staff is closely connected to his morale and mental game (considering the fraud charges and all) and they are taking the best decisions in that direction, including letting him wonder off to Brazil if he wants.

Please stop making this thread hard to follow.

Barcelona will tell BRA coach Dunga that they only want Neymar to take part in the Olympic Games this summer, not in the Copa America. [md]

Calma, calma
This forum has lost it's fucking mind!!!

:rofl1:

No need to be so smug mate.

Try following Neymar on Snapchat and your view on him will completely change. He's only able to carry on with so much energy because he just turned 24. Wait until it's time for him to lead the team (i.e around 27) and watch his years of partying and success catch up to him.

Will have to definitely check it out to better inform myself about this forum dispute.

Since as of right now I have not the information you do, I ask you this: Do you think, base on your observation, that at the current pace of partying and energy expenditure he'll be Ronaldinhoed by the time he's 27? If so, then that is definitely cause for concern.

Things are going too well right now. We are making things sound like problems when there is actually nothing wrong. A 24 year old went home to Brazil with the clubs permission and is having a good time. He actually needed a break and will most likely come back better than he did before. He wasn't in top form before he left.

Nothing to suggest he'll go full Ronnie as of yet, but the grip him and his father have on the club to let them go party in Paris and Sao Paulo whenever they please is to a lesser extent worrying, that's what this is all about (for a player asking for 15/20m per year obv, not douglas wages), and that's what all you guys are dennying firmly apparently without even being informed.

In any case, I hope he gets a hat-trick against Getafe and we can leave all this behind us, he's well overdue some good scoring streak.

Basically what this means is The case shouldn't have started in Madrid and it was dismissed and a Barcelona Judge has the option of Re opening it or not.

Neymar,Barto and Roswell got off scot free for now.
