People hated Neymar for the way he pulled off his move, but then demand their own targets to do the same for them. That's low, man. Lack of self-reflection.

Personally I don't care about Neymar's exit. I never saw him as a loyal person and if his heart was not here then he shouldn't be here. I don't want to see uninspired, unmotivated players walking around, not trying hard enough, acting up, and doing useless flashy moves here and there instead of actually helping the team. Any player, no matter what his name is, trying to act like that doesn't deserve to be here. Barca got a great deal by selling him, and I'm happy about that.

Now replacing him is another matter, and that's not on Neymar. That's on the board.

which is why a player like that shouldn't be signed in the first place.

La liga is already handicapped going against leagues/teams with no release clauses.

Then Barca handicapped itself some more with some knight in shining armor shit.

Then many other players shouldn't be signed too because loyalty is a rarity now days.

You don't need loyalty, just professionalism and a minimum of respect. If you don't want cunts near your clubs, don't sign cunts. It's not rocket science.

I agree, professional is more important than loyalty now days. Although there is not a rule yet that says: "Don't sign cunts". There are many pro cunts in sport and their cuntishness doesn't stop the clubs from signing them.

Well there are cunts, and there are cunts.
A guy handing in a normal transfer request, no problem. Happens all the time.
But if you see a guy attempting to brute force a move by pulling off all sorts of shady shit that goes against his contract, then stay away.

If in 3 years karma hits, i.e. he refuses to train properly, half-asses his games, picks dressing room fights, negotiates with other clubs in order to force his 3rd salary increase, then we'll meet here again and we'll have that talk about discipline and additude and how players should be dedicated to the shirt.

In this case, it's BvB with the cuntish behavior just like PSG with Verratti. Forcing a player who does not want to play for them to stay. And extorting the club the players wants to go to.

the club acts like a cunt and then expects the player to be professional. What do you expect a player to do against a club abusing the lack of release clause? really difficult stuff.

a.) sign contracts with release clauses.
b.) simply ask. If your request gets turned down, respect that decision and stay professional about it. Try again next window/year. Your chances are greatly increased due to the fact that you weren't being a complete prick and still gave your best and that the club doesn't want to send the wrong signals to their players. Hence working out a compromise because not everyone thinks as egoistical as you.

Plus it's not like Dortmund is really forbidding the transfer anyway. It's just a price question, and you just want the player to blackmail them into the agreement that suits your team better. Can't paint BVB as the cunts then, they are clearly open to sell.

If the club thinks it has the right to force a stay, who's to say the player does not have the right to force exit.
the club might be able to force a player to stay but it will not be able to force the player to want to play for the club or play at 100%. Willingness has to be Spontaneous, NOT forced.

Players join and stay at Barca because they want to.

I just want Barca not be extorted by BvB. Using Madrid's interest on Dembele or knowing Barca still has all the Neymar money.

literally his contract does that.
A player is liable to appear to training session, club trips, sponsor schedules aswell as matches and he is also obliged to play those matches. And he has to do give a full effort in all that, can't just give 50%, same as the club can't just decide to pay him only 50% of his salary for a month. Playing bad deliberately to harm the own team is not only an offense against his contract, but is also regarded as matchfixing and therefor punishable by UEFA authorities

I don't see BVB using Madrid's interest if that is even a thing and generally BVB is in their rights to demand a fee knowing that you have money. Their objective is to get as much from you from that fee as possible, your interest is to pay as little as possible. This is a plain normal negotiation and doesn't require the player's involvement.

Good luck proving playing bad deliberately. you will waste your time and money to litigate and end up with nothing.

The negotiation does not forbid player's involvement either. Transfers and the prices with or without release clauses have historically depended on how badly the players wants to leave. This is common knowledge.
it has happened many times before and it will happen again and again.
