Good luck proving playing bad deliberately. you will waste your time and money to litigate and end up with nothing.

if it isn't clear that he does it deliberately, how will the clubs that he dreams aswell as his national coach know that he isn't just being shit? I see no advantage in pretending to be shit.

I'm surprised by the lack of understanding for BVB's position by some. People see that it's difficult to replace a key player like Neymar with only a few weeks left in the transfer window, but don't recognise that Dortmund has the same problem with even fewer time left and Dembele being a key player. It's as if Dortmund has no sporting ambition whatsoever. They don't need to care about Barça's Neymar problem so why demand a smaller sum when this transfer would be a huge inconvenience for them? They have negotiated so it's not as if they're ignoring Dembele's wish either (and he has a long-term contract so that's already good will).

Frankly some of the annoyance with Dortmund is exactly the behaviour that smaller clubs' fans call us arrogant for. We are not entitled to have transfers our way.

Ding, ding, ding! Especially with the suggestions that Dembele force his way out with unprofessional tactics. People would be furious if a Barca player did that. Even Neymar didn't do that.

We should stop thinking that players we consider no good will be accepted as if they were great deal by others.

IMO neither LFC or Dortmund will accept our leftovers.

Then instead of Left overs we should send our youngsters. Probably with buyback clauses. We are looking to offload Lee anyway.

That is another advantage BvB holds over Dembele and Barca. 2018 WC.

Does not make BvB any more honorable tho. Not that I believe in a honor system in the transfer market.

Barca should pull out of negotiations if it gets too crazy and come back again next year. Doesn't look like Dembele will be too happy about it, but BVB might be a bit more reasonable next year if we try to sign him earlier.

What can you do, Neymar fucked us over big time and the retards in our board and management decided to wait two weeks before contacting BVB, losing even more time.

Exactly this.

From BVBs perspective: Money isn't the main issue, it's time. If BVB is pushing the price, then that is basically because they want compensation for the lack of time they have to replace him. The whole situation is pretty shitty for them. I think that both can somewhat work out a compromise to help each other. Barca could offer to split the payment, pay like 20-30m this year (this money will ensure that BVB find a new young repalcement), and give the lions share next year to finance their whole transfer window. This has FFP advantages for them (more income for next year), and in return BVB might be ready to lower the total sum of the transfer drastically from 140m€ to maybe just 100m€. Win-Win imo.

Neymar did not have to force his way out since there was a clause that Qatar was willing to pay for.

Given what Neymar has already done, I doubt he will have problems forcing his a way out if his clause was way too high or there was no clause.

In a way he did force his way out. He knew Qatar FC can pay his 222 mil release clause, because he was in contact with them and insisted on that sum in the contract. I`m sure that Bartomeu, retarded as he is, would put at least 300 if he could.

I agree with this, we shouldn't be held to ransom. BVB can see what its like to have an unhappy player for a year. Look at mahrez from the title winning season and last year.
