There's a reason people don't take "Goal" seriously. Despite how well known they are, they don't have many journalists who are actually reliable. The ones that are reliable they somehow have, don't cover Barcelona at all.

They are basically a high-class version of sites like 90min. But that's not really saying much, it's like comparing Applebees to a Mcdonalds. Both are still not favorable to eat compared to most options.

well that's for him to figure out, maybe talk to senior players in the squad..... The club has talked about wanting to help him....but he can't be playing video games all night and oversleeping especially since all the other Barca players are more disciplined in that regard..Same with the food regime which he also had a problem with earlier on (or still does, not sure)... You surely cant say getting rid of EV means next manager will tolerate his lack of discipline which the French NT coach has also talked about...

I don't think you understood my reply. I will repeat what I said, the kid has family-related issues and lack of discipline is related to that.

this hyping every time he scores a goal is very offensive. especially since the next time he plays a bad game opinion of him will be reversed again LOL

From an Economics point of view, he is better off betting against Dembele’s sucess (assuming he is a Barca fan). This way in case Dembele fails, he earns some social acceptance points for being on the correct side and this will help balancing a bit the sadness of seeing 100m+ going down the sink; in case Demebele succeeds, the lost in social points are overtaken by the offering Dembele will have to his favorite club Barcelona.

But should we even entertain the idea of him coming back? For me the dude dug his grave already.

He was warned repeatedly that his move to PSG, wasn't a good idea by so many players. Yet he still didn't listen. His father and Him lived delusions that if he moved to PSG, it would make it easier to win the Balon D'or, while making a shitload of money in the process. Yet here we are a year later and he's not even in the conversation for the award.

Neymar had it all here. He was getting paid well, He had a lot of support from the fans and players, Even the club was willing to bend backwards for him and his entourage on a number of things. Yet he threw it away because he wasn't smart enough to think everything through.

He disrespected the club and the team by keeping his intentions under wrap because of his loyalty bonus. His transfer deal put a whole dark cloud on our preseason with a new coach, everything was about Him and if he was going to stay or leave. And he threw a tantrum once he realized that we weren't going to give him his loyalty bonus.

Fuck him.

Well yeah, thats one way to see it. I myself dont care that much, but i get why people feel like that. And as said, if he dismisses the court-problem (loyalty-bonus), makes an apology at the press conference and takes a pay-cut, its good enough for me.

Im gonna call it now, summer 2019 will be Neymars return!

what's offensive about "hyping" him up about scoring decisive goals? isn't that the most important thing for an attacker? to get crucial goals that prevent you from losing?

It would be huge mistake to get rid of him before we could see him under another manager and different system. He is a wild card for sure, but that also means that he could become an absolute world beater. There are glimpses of truly great player, but is should be managed properly. Ernie makes everyone look bad so it's not a proper environment to make final judgement.
