As I said in the chat if Dembele keeps performing like this Coutinho will have a hard time regaining his spot on the LW.

I mean it doesn't have to like this but so far Valverde has just seen Cou as an LW and not much else.

It's been mentioned before but it seems like Dembele and Vidal have formed a pretty good bond together. Both always seemed to be talking to each other and even hugged before the kickoff today.

Can't really think of a better mentor for him right now. Sure we know of Vidal's off-field issues in the past but he's someone that always shows up on the field and is totally committed and is a hard worker. Which is good for Dembele to have someone mentoring him like that.

Good game. He has decent games when he doesnt try fancy stuff. If he stays focus and humble, he may prove useful for this season. I hope its not groundhog day and he doesnt screw up the next gameday.

He may prove useful this season? The guy has won us so many games now, in the toughest games. His insane speed and unpredictability is definitely useful for our slow, sluggish and ageing team.
