Reminder of what I proposed:

GdPbZBDWkAA4CzE

Let's say we continue well,
even if we win domestic double only, and not CL,
and he hits 30+ goals, and 20+ assists (totally doable at the rate he is going)

we should seriously push him for Ballon D' Or

No national team competition in the summer to perplex things as well

Curious how well Yamal and Raphinha would cook with a younger striker not names Torres.

Feels like Raphinha got a brain transplant during the summer. He is making great decisions. He used to be frustrating player to watch but now making world class plays. Insane progress.
They would cook, with someone like that Newcastle striker who's name slips me right now.

Wow! What a player.

I said this previously but Nico is nowhere close to him. Nico is an athlete who can dribble but there's not much more to him.

Raphinha has everything except 1v1 takeons, which is not needed when you are durable, fast, smart, technical, and can finish.

Credit to Hansi for finding a suitable role for Raphinha. Nowadays he very rarely ends up in 1v1 positions where he has to dribble his way through. Raphinha also seems a smart player who can adapt for the best of the team, think someone like Pep would love him.

However he's lucky not to be scapegoated after that 1 on 1 miss at the end of first half. He stepped up from the spot later on but still I expect him to score those chances.

Yamal and Ohlno will do short dribbles sometimes and Balde when there's no pressure from the back without linkup or build up ability "dribbling to nowhere" but other than that we don't really dribble.
