Liverpool, Madrid, Barca, Inter, Arsenal, Atletico, Bayern, PSG in this order. City are done. You can't ship in 5 goals against Arsenal who are not even that good offensively this season, and hope to qualify vs Vinicius, Mbappe and Rodrygo attacking line.

Inter are very close to Atletico imo. No surprise the tie between them got to pens last season. One of them could go very deep this season.

Bookies have Liverpool first (4), and Barca second (6), with Madrid third (7), and Bayern 4th (8). Barca and Bayern a bit high imo.

Atletico would win even if they are scraping win. Inter has 0 grinta.

Atletico is like Inter but Simeone has beat/ shoot housed a win versus the likes of Barca, Bayern, Liverpool in CL KOs

Inter haven’t beaten anyone of top quality in CL KOs as far as I can tell

Tier 1: Liverpool, Arsenal, Inter
-Liverpool might be better overall, but I can't discriminate between these 3 on a double-legged KO tie.

Tier 2: Barca
-The entertainers of Europe this season. But I don't think the team is ready or mature enough to eliminate the tier 1 teams above in double leg KO. Especially with 0 squad depth.
I will be positively surprised if we do.

Tier 3: City (dark horse), PSG, Aston Villa
-Don't judge City by its league form. Don't underestimate Pep.

Tier 4: Madrid, Pathetico, Germans (Bayern, Leverkusen, Dortmund), Rest of Italy (Juve, Atalanta, etc.)
- Pathetico is toast, despite looking better according to many. Simeone is Simeone, and is past it.
- Madrid can always voodoo it like they have done many times, but they are so bad this season despite their firepower. I see City eliminating them.

Long story short:
according to the bracket it is possible to have semis:
Barca-Inter, Pool-Arsenal
OR Barca-Arsenal, Pool-Inter
I think these are the strongest 4, and it is only fair to see them play against each others from semis onwards, and see what happens

Shocking tier list mon frere. You’re overestimating Arsenal and Inter. Psg would likely beat Arsenal.

Real also doesn’t belong in tier 4. Still 2/3 when down like this.

Atletico belongs in tier 3. Not alongside current Borussia.

Liverpool are favourites. The most consistent and balanced team in Europe so far.

Barcelona have huge upside and could blitz the opponent on their day, but have obvious vulnerabilities.

Then there are Atleti who is the most likely darkhouse to best a team like Liverpool. They have quietly gone unnoticed so far and are actually playing well this year. Mostly thanks to Longlay.

It's a good batch of teams this year basically.
