Nico is a good player.

Second in league for assists... top if include pens won... most dribbles in league and wide player with most chances created.

Barca are crying out for wide players than have pace, can dribble and create.

Been very good for Spain also.

If he is available for 50m then big clubs are coming for him this summer.

Knows the Barca players and connects well with them for Spain while homegrown status all adds to it.
He decided that he doesn't want to join us when he signed the extension. Would never pay 50 mil for a player who did that few moths before.

Not really... he decided Bilbao deserve a fee for him wherever he goes.

If Barca dont want to pay it someone else will.

Good on him to be fair.

Fair to Bilbao but he fucks up his new club if that really happens. How stupid could someone be to make a favor to your old employer, not to your new employer. Don't think that is happening here, he just wants to stay at Bilbao and hats off for that.

Nah it is commendable and likelyhood he gets the move he wants and Bilbao get money.

The 'favour' for any new employer would be getting him for 50m odd fairly easily.

If not Barca then he will still make a move he wants to and will have a lot of options.

The world does not revolve around Barca as some seem to think.

Hate the race/foreign card but don't you guys agree, based on performances, how come we haven't seen Xavi jeer Oriol or Ferran.

I think he is to embarrassed about Oriol to even think, let alone speak about him. With Ferran it's different, because the guy really has some potential and isn't as awful player as seems to be now. But under Xavi everyone declines. Nobody has his place in formation and there's no cohesion. Ferran has proven to be a very useful player for Spains NT, no matter who's the coach, because they have proper team/player management there. He was also lot better in both Valencia and MCity, even if not being regular starter. Culprit is obvious.

Why would he talk shit about Romeu? He's not played for 3 months now, tells you all you need to know about what Xavi thinks about him.

And Ferran is actually playing well lately.
