Key to utilizing raw-ish players is to not start them all at once. They will perform better if they play with some main players around them. No surprise he looked better playing with Raphinha and Yamal vs Villareal.

So... rotate wiser, not all at once, but gradually. Then you will see that players like Torre will perform better. You put so many players that haven't had a single game together, many with very few experience in matches like away at Pamplona, and shit is not gonna go well.

It's a bit harder for Torre to do well when he looked around him and saw some Barca B players in almost every direction.
