Dont know about Maradonna or the others but Lamine is for sure a better creator than Messi was at 17, the stats even back this up, he's creating almost the same numbers of big chances per 90 mins as Lio during some of his best playmaking seasons (17/18, 18/19).

I agree with the minority here that comparing Yamal to Messi is obscene. It's a different era where players are breaking through far younger, developing far quicker, and hitting their peak far quicker. The youth of today is not like the youth of 10 or 20 years ago.
