He did least defensively this season of entire team bar a player who could be his dad.

More top G stats in absence of scoring in 3 months:

[Lamine Yamal averages 4.2 dribbles per match in La Liga this season, the second highest in the league.]

Not worried. Rayo did a great job and had a great game. Everyone bar Pedri did struggle offensively.

There also was no chemistry between Lamine and Fort. People forget how important Kounde's role is for Lamine to shine.

His attitude feels kinda like shit but Vini's was always shit and look at him now with less raw talent 🤣
Rayo's LB was also really fast / matched him speed with the double team. He may have the talent but he's not prime Neymar/Messi/Iniesta yet to be able to reliably get out of a double/triple team with people physically faster/stronger than him just yet. For now If its just one guy its over, in a year or two it won't matter how many or who they send at him.

0 finishing could limit his ceiling unless he does a Vini and learns how to shoot in a year or 2.

Currently I give him Mahrez level of potential until he learns to shoot. Neymar could be his max potential

He has more tackles/interceptions than Raph this season and last.

Works plenty hard enough and again yesterday.

If anything he looked bit anxious in recent weeks due to goal drought possibly and making wrong decisions a bit too often.

Why would he press like raph when he's 3x as talented & presses a lot already.

Did we see him in the euros getting back
Did they see that tackle yesterday.
