What do you mean? If he grows taller he'll lose his dribbling ability?
Short players tend to be the best dribblers, for many reasons. Low centre of gravity, closer to the ground so can take shorter and better touches, better agility, sometimes more acceleration, quicker on the half-turn and turning circle, they tend to just move like a flea and weave in and out of bigger players. Shorter strides etc.
That isn't to say that taller players cannot be excellent dribblers (Palmer, Cruyff, Ronaldinho, R9, even Cristiano Ronaldo was a good dribbler relative to his height, even if his style wasn't for me). But many of the real GOAT level dribblers - Maradona, Messi, George Best, Garrincha and a few others - appear to be 5 foot 8 or under. Then you have others who seem shorter or at least way shorter than the tall players named above, who were fantastic dribblers - Iniesta, Neymar, Hazard etc - they're about 5 foot 8 or 9. Once it gets taller than that you lose the short weaver ability.
