Indeed and as I mentioned earlier, it is unlikely to be enough considering how Tebas et al interpreted the Nike deal - spreading it over the length of the contract which is reasonable IMHO. However, it'll be interesting to see how Tebas interpret since RM & Perez did similar with their VIP seating

Remainder would be via financial guarantees similar to what Laporta et al had to do on more than one occasion since coming into office (once even for >120M)

Selling VIP boxes for 100M over 10 years might not be ideal from negotiating perspective since Barca would be at a disadvantage considering the desperation to close - however, board would likely still require 50M financial guarantee to register and get back to 1:1
