Indeed and as I mentioned earlier, it is unlikely to be enough considering how Tebas et al interpreted the Nike deal - spreading it over the length of the contract which is reasonable IMHO.

It isn't reasonable at all IMHO.
Doing it in Sponsor deal is understandable, you sign a contract that gets you consistent money. I can get that a bonus should be spread.

Levers otoh are selling assets for a now relief, usually to get even with past financial struggles. Spreading it is against the concept itself.
When a player is sold with profit, you don't split those profit over the length of his original contract, it is immediate cash flow.

I mean, what if you sell a part of the club assets that isn't time related? Do you spread it over infinity?

And as it is for the use of a portion of VIP boxes over 10 seasons, reasonable to consider the gains spread out over the length of those terms

Will have to wait until details come out as I see now there are conflicting reports on deal terms & scope, on whether it is a sponsorship deal vs VIP box rental. This makes it pretty clear the 1:1 has to be validated

Similar logic to term it a lever when Laporta profits the club from renting out VIP boxes yet when Perez does it it’s great business

The shrewdness of Laporta here is that Tebas has to validate it as this is how it was interpreted for Perez and their deal at BernaLeo
