Don't really care to be honest, maybe it could be good for us if this gets us to stop buying players we cant afford. Who am I kidding? Laporta will never learn.

I have read some article saying our salries situation is now worse then on summer. We need 155 mil less saleries LOL.

This club is retarted.

And now if he is released on a free because we can't register him, what happens?

Is there is a confirmation that he has no clause for such a case? The club once signed players during transfer ban and sit them for 6 months before registering them. It makes no sense to not insert a precautionary clause, not when Olmo was desperate to join us while having an agent that is really friendly with us.

We can all speculate on the details on some of these contracts with FFP in mind, certainly the club knew there was a challenge to register in summer for Olmo much less Nico and part of the ‘leap of faith’ on Dani’s part was likely an exit clause should it not get resolved. Dani & his agent felt confident, Nico & his did not. Both justified in their reticence

The FFP tightrope, the acceleration to move on Espai Barca since Olympic stadium saw us losing massive revenue nevermind ambience while making signings to fortify so that the sporting ensures targets are met (CL advancement & titles). Much was leveraged on Tebas’ interpretation of renewed Nike terms that no one believed possible to reach 1:1 as this has been the long running story for more than a year and again this will apply to the VIP box lease (or some guarantee of advance payment)

The beauty in the latter is that I believe RM had their VIP box deal interpreted for FFP in manner Laporta et al are counting on - Tebas balking would expose their own accounting inconsistencies for legal action

Before insulting the club, you need to understand first how LaLiga's salary limits function and that it's not a fixed number. It changes all the time depending on your actual financial situation, contracts, debt, income, new sponsor deals and everything else that has to do with the club and its finances.
It will rise again as soon as we'll return back to the Camp Nou, Lenglet will be sold and Frenkie will either extend with half his salary or be sold. And the new Nike contract will also be considered next time.

Why are we talking about Bartomeu now? He is a disaster, yes.

But that is not the topic here. The topic is why are we signing players without a guarantee that we can even register them? Who is responsible for that?

That would be grounds for immediate resignation by Laporta ; this would be a total disaster. Not only would we have thrown 60m in the bin as well as losing an important player mid season but we are also going to be known for this until we prove otherwise.

So as such I'm going to assume this is all just panic and overreaction and Laporta had a back up plan in case this happened, because in reality, I don't think he would allow this possibility to occur. For sure there is something we can do, whether it be wage cuts, signing some last minute deals or selling a player.
Exact I don't understand that, yes we needs to be competitive in our rebuild but if you can't afford to register him, why buying him in the first place and keep dragging this whole mess. Use that money to close the 1:1 rule gap asap.

Keep giving them the red pill they don't want...
They have swallowed the whole propaganda.
It has been almost 4 years already and they keep repeating like sheep 'It's Bartomeu' in rhyme for
every ridiculous action by Laporta.

As if Barto is responsible for the 33m Gross he gave to Lewa
the 18 m Gross he gave to Gundo
the 13.5m Gross to Kounde
the 13m Gross to Ansu
the 10m Gross to Ferret
the 9m Gross to Inigo
and so on
(to talk only about that)

Let alone belittling the club and tainting its image with his scramblings and haphazard clown-shows like the one today

It takes into account the CL money we missed out on through Xavi's failures. Not just the WCC money, which would however have been calculated into this seasons projections for FFP, as the Nike deal was to last seasons (then receded), Libero the season before (then receded) and CL incomes of quarter final min position in 22/23 which we failured to reach (then receded).

So not the CWW, figured.

The registration issues going away and 1:1 won't happen until we resolve the Barca Studios scam that Laporta did 2 years ago. Neither salaries, nor Nike deal and levers will save us from that. I have no idea how Laporta will fix that scam and it looks like he doesn't either.

It will likley be even worse in the summer when some payments for the scam are scheduled but they will never come. That's the great flawless president Laporta ladies and gentlemen.

It looks like we won't register him. Furthermore, we will be obliged to pay Olmo his full salary until 2030 if he isn’t registered until the deadline tonight, along with €48M ipayments to RB Leipzig. Laporta MUST resign tomorrow if this happens!
