Stop crying we will register him

🚨🎖| Joan Laporta met with Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor at Ciutat Esportiva today, briefing them on the situation. He reassured them that they will be registered. Barça is optimistic that both players will be available for the Super Cup. [@tjuanmarti] #fcblive

This could be one of the best things to happen to the club if the club decide to just go in full fuck you mode and sue the fuck out of La Liga. Expose all the blatant and obvious corruption. Leave the league. The league WILL DIE, I promise you. Has been well well overdue. Refuse the RFEF when they call up Barca players for Spain. Full out war mode is what we want.

But I don't expect anything. We have been paper tigers for eternity against the bullshit. We didn't even say anything when they spent 8 minutes manipulating VAR images to turn an onside goal into an offside one Vs Sociedad.

The reason given : a player who has been unregistered cannot be re-registered for the same club in the same season.

So we met the requirements on January 3rd, but Olmo's prior registration had already expired, meaning it is too late now to make the space.

Massive massive disaster incoming.

So Christensen can't be registered either then?

Sounds like LaLiga's ego's have fucked themselves with contradictory rules. That you can sign a player on a 5 year contract but only register him for 6 months yet has his Salary Cap be counted against the 5 year term as part of FFP- and then not register him after the initial 6 months expired.

The rules are certainly very strange and extremely inflexible. It's absurdly stringent compared to the other top leagues.

It is also the only league that sets virtual wages for players if they sign on lower wages than expected (insane). I remember they set Alves at like 5m or something.

The whole point of this 'system' is to keep clubs financially stable but the league is far from financially stable when you look at the majority of it. They barely have any money to spend.
