Good healthcare?Maybe we found out why he was at Leipzig all this time.
If this persists, no serious club will be able to rely on him.

This sounds like a player we should spend 60m onThis was always going to be the concern with Olmo tbh, and why spending so much on him was associated with a risk despite his quality.
Dani Olmo - Injury history
This is the injury history of Dani Olmo from FC Barcelona. On this page injuries as well as suspensions.www.transfermarkt.com
21/22 - Missed 19 games
22/23 - Missed 20 games
23/24 - Missed 29 games
This season the number is up to 8 so far not including the games he's going to miss with his current injury.
Very likely also the reason for his inconsistency. Every time he starts developing some rhythm and form he gets injured......
This is why I was firmly against his signing...but he had a few good appearances at the beginning of the season so people started claiming victory early and flaming the "haters".This was always going to be the concern with Olmo tbh, and why spending so much on him was associated with a risk despite his quality.

Let's wait a couple of months before we judge him on how much injuries he'll pick up... and when it comes to his qualities, I think he was amazing before his injury and than had a bad spell (that coincided with the rest of the team sucking tbh) and last month he's been good again. But yeah, did we actually need a AM or should we have continued our 4-3-3 - and if we needed a AM, could we have used Gavi or maybe Torre instead of Olmo or even signed somebody else? I'm going to reserve my opinion until the end of the season, sure I'm going to comment ups and downs but I won't write him of yet. This is why I was firmly against his signing...but he had a few good appearances at the beginning of the season so people started claiming victory early and flaming the "haters".
Not wanting a player due to him being always injured isn't hating, it's being not clueless. The most hilarious part is we were/are broke, could barely register him and still went for a player that misses half the season due to injury.
I said sign Nico so we have a third competent winger, and if we couldn't, save the money. We were going to need it for a LW, striker and a proper wingback. We didn't need another player who plays best where we already have 5 players capable of playing.
Was also pretty obvious the guy has issues. A player who was supposedly world class doesn't play at RB Leipzig at 26. Furthermore, no other big club wanted him. At 60M a top attacking player is a steal for lots of the big clubs in Europe. This is why I was firmly against his signing...but he had a few good appearances at the beginning of the season so people started claiming victory early and flaming the "haters".

I mostly agree, than again he maybe only wanted us and we wanted him - we don't actually know what went on behind the scenes, maybe other clubs were after him? Anyway, that La Masia stamp has costed us a couple of time - we better sort that out...Was also pretty obvious the guy has issues. But we don't do scouting, we look for the La Masia stamp on the label and we pay up.
It is not true. All of the top PL teams wanted him including Liverpool and City. Was also pretty obvious the guy has issues. A player who was supposedly world class doesn't play at RB Leipzig at 26. Yet none submitted bids to lure him.It is not true. All of the top PL teams wanted him including Liverpool and City.
His quality isn't up for discussion, he's a very good player and speaks Spanish.Let's wait a couple of months before we judge him on how much injuries he'll pick up... and when it comes to his qualities, I think he was amazing before his injury and than had a bad spell (that coincided with the rest of the team sucking tbh) and last month he's been good again.
