Imo it will be given to the player which has the biggest imapct on the outcome of the final so the only true candidates imo are Messi, Mueller, Masche, Di Maria, Kroos, Hummels, Lahm.
Imo Mueller, Messi & Masche got the better chances for the golden ball and it totally depends on the final game.

Robben is a disgrace. The thing is, he is systematic and rational in his cheating. First he dives against Mexico, then he says that he shouldnt have done it, and in the next match he continue to dive all the time. Other players, like neymar dive because Its a part of the implicit rules, and they dont really understand that did anything wrong. Robben on the other hand, know he does something wrong, and dosent care. Ban him from football.
