Did flick promote any youth players while at Bayern? Or give anyone a chance when in charge of Germany..

I don't trust his eye for talent.

Musiala and Alphonso Davies. Davies played some matches before but had the real breakthrough with Flick! And Zirkzee played some matches when Lewy was injured but with Lewy it was not possible to give a young striker minutes!
