Casado is all heart and sometimes that all you really need.

But he was genuinely good against city, caveat being it was a friendly.

Flick likes him at least.

Casado has a reliable first touch, works hard, OK pace understands positional play and can find an outlet atleast. He has a LaLiga future.

Unspectacular player and lacks size and physicality though. Worth keeping around the squad, or if we had a bit more depth send him on a LaLiga loan.

Yea his size will be his biggest issue, most identified that, but he's a runner for 90 minutes, so that helps.

It is not just Casados size.. which is a weakness... it is he doesnt seem to have the ability to make up for it and he also chases ball a bit too much.

Cant imagine him at DM for Barca much when matters if have any options and if he is not at DM then he is battling with Gavi, Pedri, Gundogan etc for a spot.

Been as well keeping Roberto.

Stack the midfield and hope Yamal has an inspired season is all we can hope for. It won't be pretty, but our only outside chance at titles.

And fuck me, I agree with Jammy on something.
