In spite of that, great performance apart from the Barca-centered GK stuff like sweeping and long passes. It's clear he is a better GK than Peña but Flick might value Peña more. I hope he stays in the XI, as I've done since Mats injury.

If the reports are true that Pena only didn't play yesterday because he was late, Flick could change them for the final again. I also hope for Woj to play the final to see him in general against an opponent like Madrid.

Pena is a level below in terms of workshop tools. A dilemma that Flick might have is of an ethical nature. Pena does not deserve to be taken off as #1 based on his thus far performance. In a way, I understand; there's a human factor involved. You deal with people, not racing horses

This is an excellent opportunity to add some grease. A trophy of nothing. Otherwise, Pena remains the only option for the rest of the season.

When it comes to comparing both goalkeepers, Wojtek is much better in such spectacular interventions, practically undefendable. Additionally, his way of defending penalties - look at the World Cup Qatar. 2 penalties saved, including one by Messi. Additionally, his reach of arms means that whatever Iniaki touches with his fingertips, Wojtek will clear. And his charisma, he can give courage to defenders, but he can also shout at them.
