That's exactly why.

When you are that fast and quite strong you generate a lot of force as you are running and moving and are more likely to be injured, due to the pressure on your body.

Whilst someone like Busquets, who is weak and slow, doesn't generate much force at all with his movements and thus his muscles/ligaments are under less pressure.
