He was poor with the ball, yes. But he equally made some defensive contributions to the team and bailed Inigo( whose true age was exposed badly for pace in the match) out.

It was a very poor half for all the players as teteam s under constant pressure for not being able to control the game in the hallf and barely did so in the second half when FdJ came in. It doesnt help anyone when your midfield is made up of a Garcia and a certain Fermin Lopez. Garcia also was even worse and riskier hence his substitution.

I understand he has technical flaws that hasve kept him down the pecking order and he has accepted that too without grumbling....but many comments here seem to be borne more out of bias and historical issues and not really commensurate to his actual performance.

Getting Huijsen would be great.

Got spun a few times and wasnt positioned well.

His pace helps him recover at times but he was poor defensively and on ball yesterday.

Has barely developed on either since arrived in first team

His defending and positioning is nowhere near as good as made out and been poor in last few games.

Not sure Barca would get 60m for him though.

Struggle to see getting a big fee for him due to what he lacks and doesnt appear to be able to develop on.

He is poor on ball and positionally but the ultimate athlete.

Nah, no serious club would spend 65m on a CB that sucks at passing and isn't setting the world on fire with his defending + is prone to major fuckups a couple times per game. 40m for him would be very good, but he'll probably go for 30ish and he isn't worth more than that really...
