You can never know tbh ,ppl expects many players to be good coaches and they fail ,there was actually many rumors that Puyol isn't interested to be a coach
There is many post retire paths for fiitball players and let's not assume that those guys want to be coach already

Love Puyol but I doubt he will make a good coach. For a coach you need charisma as well. Puyol is Tarzan and Tarzan does not have charisma

Busquest, however, could make a good coach.

I like the idea of Puyol staying with Barca after his playing days are over. Not sure what's there to learn from Lucho but his presence alone is a very positive thing for the squad.
