He was okay, needs to chill a bit, but not too much, we need that edge, people complain we were soft, now they complain he's too hard.

Every club in Europe would take him for a reason, top talent

Being tough doesn't mean playing without your brain.

He makes meaningless fouls all the time and gets booked for no reason. See the corner where he gave Vini a shove for literally no reason and got a card.

He should look more towards Araujo, that is a football alpha male. Serenity and gets stuck in where he actually needs to.

He is a headless chicken too often that lacks quality too often... but is still learning.

Not having a great season.

Teams would take him due to age and potential could maybe be if develops.

On this season and WC he would not get close to top teams line ups.

Doesnt seem Xavi fancies him in CM much for last while other which is understandable.

Poor game. Plugged the spaces defensively, but is going to have to show way more intelligence on the ball when he gets another shot centrally.

There was a giveaway in the second half which was absolutely criminal, and should have led to a very dangerous counter had Madrid not fluffed it up. I think you all know which action I'm talking about.

He's not playing in midfield because xavi found a system that is bringing results can't fault xavi for that, but last season almost all his best games came in Midfield.

So let's not try to make out that the kid can't play there, he playing out of position because it suits that team more & that's fine.

Part of that system was to realise Barca struggled with Gavi in a three and FDJ had over taken him in midfield before formation changed anyway.

Gavi is nowhere close to CM that FDJ or Pedri are and is too erratic. Doesnt have same quality on ball or understand how to control game.

If Barca played 433 and two wingers Gavi would be on the bench if all fit.

He really isnt a 'beast of a player' because he charges about.

Contantly loses 1v1 battles and muscled off ball.

Really poor today and not havin a good season.

Quality on ball seems to have regressed if anything at moment.

Not close to Pedri currently. Big gap.
