Now if he could strike the ball a bit better it'd be gold.

But I'm still very cautious, incredibly cautious even, to give him too much praise after a good 45 minutes against Cadiz. It's a step in the right direction but still far far away from claims of him "being back" or that some people 'always knew' he'd turn out good if he sorted out his confidence issues. Still too early to draw any conclusions at all. Keep it going though, preferably already on Thursday.

He looks to be a new man judging by his body language and expressions. Seems he was in full control when he dribbled those players and had all the confidence in the world. Never seen him with this attitude. Hope he continues.

He started going to a sports psychologist in January

All nice but how will that help in his apparent lack of dribbling, speed, technique, etc?

He had an ok game vs. Cadiz. I imagine likes of Abde and co. would have their odd day as well.

Long long way to repay the confidence given to him by Xavi and his pricetag.

He had way better than ok game against Cadiz. Was best possibly. But you are holding previous performances against him in your assessment of this game. That's why it is okay to you. By itself this performance better than ok.

He's now beating out Fati for a spot in next season's roster. Loan or sell Fati, as a kindness to the young man. He can still hope for some type of career if he gets a chance soon to start for a lessor team.
