"Chelsea can (and probably will) also appeal the decision at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), but as our good friend (and WAGNH alum) Jake Cohen points out, Chelsea cannot appeal the appeal until the first appeal is completed. FIFA’s decision is not suspend the ban is not the end of that first appeal unfortunately (they’re still going through the pantomime of considering Chelsea’s appeal to actually reduce it)."

FIFA took 6-8.5 months for the appeal in previous cases so it's very likely that Chelsea won't be able to sign anyone this summer.
EDIT: I misread his post thinking he regarded FIFA not CAS, my bad, but the situation remains the same.
Still think he'll do good for us. Key is to drop Suarez next season and play Coutinho-Messi-Dembele trio.
That would be ideal. I don t care which position or which lineup puts fire under his ass, as long as he wake up.
Coutinho on the left with Messi in the middle would be too static imo.
As if Coutinho-Suarez-Messi is any better...
as if Coutinho has to be a starter in our attack
Sell Coutinho and Malcom and buy Joao Felix.
If Coutinho is starting LW tomorrow... now is the time to fuckin step up. I hope he does.. even if he just keeps moving the ball well with no stupid dispossessions. An assist would be nice too.
