They have mostly young/hungry players. Old Barca stars seem to think they deserve their comfortable safe starting spots no matter how little effort they put in.
At least some of them have to go, having a bench of Suarez, Coutinho, Rakitic etc would never work no matter who the coach is.

This picture perfectly sums up this season or his Barca career in general this far. Months of pure mediocrity, then one above average game and he immediately feels the need to celebrate like this just to go right back into invisible mode the next important match.
It would be okay if he just isn't as good as expected by his price, not his fault Barca paid that much after all. And i get that the critics will be annoying for the players but overall i really didn't think he is like that. He seemed to be so happy to join Barca so i expected him to at least put in effort but it seems he just expects media and fans not to criticize him for playing bad constantly. Not the right attitude for Barca.

have him ride a separate coach for the remainder of the season then ship him out to china. that'll teach him a thing or two about humility
the fans didn't pay to see that. there were kids in the stands. you get that kind of celebration at swansea or coventry, not barca
