Man City reps at Barcaforum? Why bother about some puny transfers, buy a team while you are at it.
This is wrong on so many levels, I don't even know where to start.

If you think we'll buy 8 players, you're very much mistaken.
you can see so many good players in free transfer at summer transfer window
For example
DC: stefan de Vrij
MC: Emre CAN, Leon Goretzska, Ander Herrera
AMC: Mesut Ozil
LWF: Alexis Sanchez(even we sold him) he is so scorrer
if you think Bousquets, Pique, Rakitic is so enough for us and we don't need any LW this is ok
Pique, Bousqets, Rakitic were so good players but they have to sit on the bench next year cause their age and their performans are not acceptable for me

I would sell: Mascherano, Vermaelen, Vidal, Rakitic, Gomes, Turan, and Deulofeu. So 7 out and 5 in that should be 21 players + Alena.
CBs: two of these Giménez, Mina, Upamecano or Matthijs de Ligt
CMs: Coutinho and either Saul, Arthur or Torreira
Paco and Digne are decent backups and we could also promote Palencia and move Roberto to the midfield.
+ I would not mind selling Rafiniha and promote José Arnaiz.
+ we should also get Daley Blind. He can add so much with his versatility and he is not going to cost us anything. Can play as CB, LB and CDM.

I don't get your point? Every single one of those players are inferior to Piqué, Busi and Dembélé. A case could be made for Alexis over Dembele, but I'll reiterate; you don't buy a 140m player only to buy a replacement before said player has had all the time in the world to prove himself.

i am not Man City supporters, if you think those players are best players for Barca(best of world) that is ok we don't need to make so much transfer
today we won the game but first 45 mins we can go to the half time with 2-0
our midfield and defence is really bad

You see, the problem with these world class legendary players who are getting older is that they just don't wanna stop playing good football until it becomes physically impossible for them to do it, and that's not happening until you're 35 or so. You see the likes of Alves playing as a starter for PSG, Iniesta bossing Madrid on their home ground, Modric running things for Madrid and so on.
Alves for example would be a better Barca RB at 36 with early signs of arthritis in his joints, than Bellerin at the peakest peak of his body. There are things that count a lot at the highest level, personality, brains, character, professionalism etc. The greats rank 10/10 at most of these, so that's why they're still running the show even if they're well over 30. They may not be the flat out best in the world in their positions anymore, and they may be more up-and-down in terms of form, but they're still there, capable of showing up and winning titles, influencing games and being source of inspiration for new players.
So, instead of bringing in dudes of younger ages to replace Pique and Busi, we'll probably do it to be their 'students', and learn the ins and outs of being a world class defender or midfielder from them.
That means either talented players up to 24, or world class players aged 26-28. And those aren't free. Ozil, Sanchez, Herrera. Not good enough and/or not young enough.

It will be more like 2 this winter and 2 in the summer.
