They've actually been better without Coutinho!
This is exactly the same way you guys said Barca was better without Neymar.
Until it became apparent we are not.

When will it be apparent that Liverpool are worse than before? Do you have a time table? Perhaps if they reach the CL final and get trashed? Will that be proof?

You cant say that, who knows how they would be if coutinho was still playing in their team.. they are doing good now because salah is on fire, they improved their defence etc. but i think if coutinho was there they would be even better.. the same way i believe if we had neymar we would be better, people that said we got more balanced i dont agree with, we seemed better defensively because of valverdes awfully defensive tactics which proved to be useless against teams that really want to attack against us. Neymar would have added another option upfront to help us in games against the likes of roma, but knowing valverde he would have benched neyamr in the roma game anyways ))
Feeling out process by Coutinho. He's already more than shown he is capable of some serious magic. He's had many 1-2s with Luisito and Messi that have only ended because it required some telepathy which he just doesn't have yet.not writing him off by any means but hes been underwhelming for me, I was expecting more creativity but it still feels like Messi has to do everything himself
They've been better without Coutinho so far. Thats what I'm referring to. They are absolutely flying. Could they have been even better with Coutinho and trashed City 10-0 on aggregate? Possible, but we dont know!
Not quite that simple.
They have signed VVD for the defence, Karius has improved massively and replaced Mignolet and Robertson has been fantastic at left back.
You are pretty much basing all of that on the City tie.
I wonder how he would feel if Liverpool wins the UCL. If he doesn't win the UCL here in 4 or 5 years, he might have regret coming here when everything was clicking in Liverpool.
Winning the UCL is going to be harder and harder every season as Messi will start to slow down or decline.
2 assists in 2 games for him. Two perfect threaded passes.. when was the last time our other midfielders did that.
Some player.
