8 - Pedri

I'm never going to criticize Pedri. It's insane to expect a player that just turned 18 a few months ago to consistently play at the highest level against the toughest teams in the toughest tournaments in the world.

Ideally Pedri would be behind a more experienced no. 8 and rotate with him, not starting nearly every game in his debut season.

You are literally calling Koeman insane

Keeps the ball well under pressure, but that's about it. New Arthur?

He is becoming less and less impressive. Start of the season he was doing better offensively.

Pedri is a weird case. He doesnt look like the player we saw at Las Palmas anymore. His sharp passing was his biggest strength. His movement improved a lot though. Right now I would only blame him for being 18. Theres no way we should depend on a teenager this much, especially in midfield.

He has regressed to me since the start of the season. He had a way better offensive game. maybe he started focusing on defending too much or playing careful.

I don't think he has regressed, I think he's burned out due to overplaying. His body is not used to playing almost every single game 80+ minutes. He's a kid.

For those saying he is tired 😂😂 the guy is 18 and shouldn?t be tired since last match is a week ago

+ his style of play is shit and too slow ... I can?t depend on him at all unless we have MSN at their best 😂

You are saying it like being 18 is being a positive thing?
Players at that age aren't ready for that amount of load mate, not until they are in their 20's at least.
Hell, many players who has started their career at top level that young suffer many injuries, arguably because they aren't prepared for that.

When you rely on a 18 year old kid to play every single game in midfield these things happen, he is good but not that good yet,but sadly we don't have much of a choice.

Kid has probably been our 2nd best player this season. Aged 18, in his first year in Barca.

Nothing short of amazing.

Isn't he also our player with the most amount of minutes this season? This kid is class, he's been holding the team together at age 18, hopefully he can keep growing here...

I totally agree.
For only 5M we have a better player than the fabolous 3 Cou-Demb-Griez (also fabulously expensive).

Over 400 million wasted on those three. It's truly a disgrace.. I feel sick to my stomach. Just shows no transfer is guaranteed to succeed.
