I love Gavi but other than destroy RM once he hasn't done much in the Barca shirt other than run a lot and foul people. He's still very raw, but he will come good.

Tactical for some bizarre reason.

If excuse is rotation for legs then makes zero sense and as mentioned above far more legs needing saved for league than those two.

He did the exact same thing against Bayern also, he benched Balde for Alonso and there was a lot of the same criticism for it.

He probably believes the experience of Alonso is more beneficial in European matches.

Alba has been in pretty good form and you could argue he deserves a starting spot.

What's this hard on that people have over Balde? He's still a kid and inexperienced. Hardly a game changer for us.
