Fair enough. That's mostly true on Zidane. He generally had a better shot than Pedri though, but yeah he wasn't a G/A merchant or obsessed with productivity.Watch some of Zidane's highlights and he also didn't really have the killer pass or shoot in him either (compare to other top attacking 10).
Pedri can refer to Zidane's style of play if he continues to play as a 10 (very likely). Though Pedri does not have Zidane's physicality/body balance. Zidane liked to held on the ball/dribble, not only thanks to his technique but also his body strength that made it hard to push him off the ball.
Pedri also doesn't have the agility/quick acceleration, burst of Iniesta or Neymar.
He will always have this disadvantage when he plays in an advanced role.
I just feel Pedri is better deeper as some here do. Some feel he's better in attacking areas but he just doesn't look right there to me at all, generally.
