he played deeper and Goundo played as an am. but the defensive transition with him and Frenkie.. disaster

If someone came with 80 million I'd sell. He's always going to have moments when he looks special but at the same time he's too fragile mentally and physically.

Much prefer him deeper and facing the game.

He can be world class there and use his vision and range of passing much more so than when high up beside Lewa.

Also he has the brain to be able to pace the game from back there in way cant further up.

On top of that Gundo is better in final third than Pedri.

He's 21, the oldest of balde, gavi, yamal and roque.

The way some here behave you'd think he and those players, minus yamal he's a darling now, but just wait until he has a dip in form.

You'd think they are all mid 20's and above and should be in the prime of their careers.

As if they all haven't shown their immense talent at senior level, especially Pedri.

While they make excuses for players in the squad that should be leaders and shit the bed every time things get tough.

He isn’t an AM that should play as high up as Xavi has him at times no matter how often the same folk try to make out he is.

PedrI is 21 and not a youngster he should be performing at a better level than has been this season even if not been in best position. Been too soft at times and even on Saturday was brave but gave away ball a good few times in bad areas which he needs to improve on.

He has qualities that are hard to find in CMs these days. He's quite young but under the right manager and with a bit of time he will be elite. Selling him for 80m is absurd especially with how badly we spend money.
Absolutely ridiculous to sell Pedri. Like the people that wanted De Jong out a couple of seasons ago. As though quality midfielders grow on trees in xavi's backyard.

Wait till he regains form and stars to shine again.

Pedri: "Being the Barça coach must be complicated, when you fail you get hit, but we are in the best club in the world, you have to accept criticism when things don't work out."

Wow, i didnt expect Pedri to be the guy to tell Xavi what everyone think.

Play well when he is in deep playmaker role. It suits him most.

But a shame that he will never be a different maker, an offensive maestro like many hoped him to be.

May try to find a true AM in summer.

Yes but i think the priority should be a true DM now. Not possible to play him with dejong at the deeplying position in some high level matches.
