Suarez looks good but any player would look good on youtube. Do we have any shitty players (like Oleguer who we banished to Ajax) who we need to get rid off??? We could do an exchange plus 15-20 million. Hell we spent 18 million on Caceras-lol!

Ajax just beat another team 14-1 I believe, Suarez scored 6 of the goals....

Although that is impressive on paper, if a team loses 14-1 you know they were complete shite (I believe it was like a third division team or something).

There have been a lot of good Dutch players over the years. Saying most of the flop isn't really that smart? There are plenty of players from all countries that flop, no? Using Huntelarr is a terrible example, he played could when he actually DID play for Madrid, and he's done alright at Milan when he's actually gotten time too. I bet he'd do really well at a mid table club and was a starting 11.

lets be honest suarez isnt going to do anything pedro bojan or jefferen would not do for our left side....... but i have to say it must improve bc abidal has gotten loads better going forward and it sure is a waste of his improviment sticking old fuck it i dont care henry out there

Suarez is from Uruguay to begin with. And signing ANY player is a gamble really (doesnt matter from where), he might be the next huntelaar or vander vaart or he might be like Zlatan or Cruyff (coming from Ajax, dutch league)... who knows?

I was refering to him being from the Dutch league, where people say flops usually came from...

(Romario and Ronaldo played for PSV before moving to europe FYI)

But that was a while ago ;)

come on, he isn't good enough for Barça!

I'm not repeating what I said. Just look a few pages back.

Try to score the same goals when you have monsters like Puyol breathing in your neck.
There isen't the same pressure in Holland as there is in for example England. That's why alot of players score alot of goals there.
Without pressure, you don't even need good finishing but if u manage to provide the same finishing when u have a proper back breathing in your back, dragging your arms: then you are a good player.

yeah i agree...the dutch league hasn't have that high quality defenders so you can't assess luis just on that account that he score good number of goals against team with weak defense...which will not be the case if he moves in higher standard league

but how many player do any1 of you can recall who score 80 goals in 115 appearances.....there are noone....

only i could think of pele who had a better scoring record....apart from him...this guy has probably the best records...

there were/are good quality strikerz who played for dutch sides...no one had a better records including rijkard, van nistleroy... hultenaar ...even ibrahamovich

The dutch league has changed the last 5 year. Ajax, the bigges club still waiting 5 year for winning the league and this year they will not win. And look at the Europa cups, last success was in 2005 when Milan beat PSV in the last minutes of the semi-final champions league, and sporting lissabon who beat AZ in the last sec of the semi final game in Uefa Cup.
