Even for a player as good as Messi he will need to win a WC to compete with the likes of Maradona?Pele for the whole greatest player ever symbol ,It is slightly changing and It was shown when Messi won BdO in 2010 .but the world cup remains the biggest event in the game ,playing for the pride of your nation is still highly rated over club achievements
