HYPE!!!

How much did he score/assisted against top opposition? His performances there where underwhelming.

That's what im more worried about. Wouldn't that be the case?
His suspension lifted until the appeal is over? And then he would be taken away from us for months =/.
I'd rather get it over with now.

That's the risk. Imagine if he gets banned when there are important CL matches

My thing is that he is going to still have a ban 100%!
We aren't going to get it completely dropped no matter what. And if we do I call shenanigans
I mean apparently they are going to appeal so it's going to happen.
I get wanting him to be able to train with the team and getting used to things, but at what cost?!

The way things seem to be going down is he will be able to do pre season with us and train and get some official games in until they decide to uphold the original ban. In which case we are going to have him play a few games we wont need him for and have him missing even deeper into the season when we are playing important matches. I just don't see the point.
I hope our board knows something I don't regarding this lol. Because it's a huge gamble.

Also, did he really not play well against the top teams? Ever =/? I find it hard to believe.
Either way it's different this time. Look at his new supporting cast. He doesn't have to do everything himself anymore. And yes I know sturridge did very well and Suarez wasn't a one man team, but still. It can't be denied he did more for that team than anyone last season.

Well, try to be positive. He has good lawyers i guess.

If they think he can get away with it, they will appeal. If there's too much risks, they won't.

Lawyers are usually not in YOLO mode ;)

Yeah, that's what I was talking about Ryan. We will have him for our first games which will be nice, and he can train and get used to our system. But what happens if they decide to uphold the original ban after a month or two =/? I mean maybe they can get a little bit of time shaved off but still.
I just don't know guys T_T.
I want to be positive :D! But I also like to be realistic. And the reality is that this is his third offense and I don't see them dropping it.
I hope we have some shady shit planned because if we actually pull it off i'll be the first to praise the decision to appeal

Ibra is a god of a player and I was very sad to see him leave, but honestly Suarez is a much better fit in the high-pressing system of Barca while still offering the same goal threat.
