Bartomeu: "At the end of last season Zubizaretta told us that we need a CF"

Bartomeu: "Luis Suarez was discussed when we appointed Luis Enrique, he immediately agreed to sign him"

Bartomeu: "It is incredible to have Luis Suarez, Messi, & Neymar in one team team"

He talks about a CF. Maybe a hint how Lucho will use him?

It most probably will be like this:

Neymar-Messi-Suarez

As they switch their positions.
Suarez drifting to centre, Messi going back, etc.

Messi will definitely play behind Suarez next season.

I expect this :

----- Busi -----
Rakitic - Andres
----- Messi -----
Suarez - Neymar

It stopped him from biting. Liverpool added an 'anti-biting' clause to his contract last season also and he didn't bite anyone in the leauge.

I think it had more to do with the fact that Liverpool uses a psychiatrist to help him and other players. Do you really believe that Uruguay could've prevented this simply by threathening with punishment? I don't buy it.

Doesn't every team have a psychiatrist? I did read that there goes very serious punishment with breaking the anti biting clause.

I think he'll also have a psychiatrist here.

I cant see that happening, where does the width come in that formation?

If it comes from the full backs there is not enough protection for the defence - Iniesta, Rakitic and Messi would be weak defensively.

Playing 4-4-2 these days is more of a counter attacking formation where full backs are more defensive and teams try and get ball forward quickly.

The Uruguay NT probably doesn't. National teams rarely do. I don't know about Barça, but I hope we do.

We have an anti biting clause with suarez. What exactly does that have?paycuts?..And someone mentioned above that liverpool had one too and he did not bite in the EPL.Well,it won't matter if he bites with us or not.Even if he bites again in the NT,barcelona will suffer.I hope the anti biting clause includes biting in club or country.

Reina: "Luis is a great kid, but he changes when he plays. He grew up on the street and on the pitch he's a fighter. I like those players."

Pepe Reina (Liverpool): "Suarez is a superb player. Barça made a great decision. I would have recommended every team to sign him." [md]

Much better the biting incident reoccured before Barca signed him and not while he is already playing here. Ofc there is no guarantee it won't happen again.
