He had his moments at Liverpool where he struggled in front of goal, particularly in his first 18 months there.

The midfield at Barca is a big problem. Maybe time to try a diamond with Suarez and Messi up front, Neymar behind, Busquets or Masch deep and Iniesta and Xavi/Rakitic wide.

Now I didn't watch most of this half so I don't know what happened, but he really should be able to bury the chances he gets. Can blame the midfield for not creating enough, but can't blame someone else but Suarez for missing sitters.

Which sitters did he miss today?

He is not yet running riot which has mainly to do with the adoption process, him being out for 4 months and most importantly the role of Messi in this current team. Had Messi not been there Suárez would have probably scored more goals.

Anyway judging Suárez by only the number of goals that he scores is very wrong. It's about improving the performances of the team overall. There needs to be this balance in order for success to return.

In any case outside of the sometimes sloppy passes, misunderstandings, poor touches and decisions he is giving the team a lot. Things that were needed. Passion, pressing, courage, selfishness (he needs to be a bit more selfish and trust himself which will come with time), physicality, MOVEMENT and a goal threat.

I never expected him to perform as we knew him from Liverpool until next year. If he tops in the deciding months next year then all this current complaining will likely be a waste of time.

Messi, Neymar and Súarez should play as often as they can in order to improve their chemistry. That trio could be a historic one.

Not a chance with our current midfield and defence, not a chance. Raki, Mathieu, Vermaelen and Douglas are not Barca material. Alves, Pique, Iniesta and Busi have huge drop in form. Xavi is nearing the end of his career. Rafinha, Montoya and Roberto are youngsters who will most probably not be our 'next' Iniesta, Alves and Xavi. We've fu***d up way way way to much with our current board, selection of coaches and our transfers. Súarez performances and form will surely improve (at least I hope so), but "that trio" will not be historic because I can't see us winning anything the next 2-3 seasons besides the odd cdr IF our transfer ban still stands or if the ban gets overturned and our board doesn't get their heads out off their ***** and starts to buy some quality players for the positions we lack.
