Knowing Suarez, he most likely was playing with the discomfort for a while and didn't say anything because he didn't want to stop playing. He used to do that with Liverpool. He'd often play through minor injuries and discomforts and make it look like he was OK because he hates not playing. LOL

He is NOT injured but we should rest him against Atlético if possible. No need to take any risks with such a crucial player.
